The purchase price was 350,000 common shares, worth $1,648,500 (as of December 13, shares were trading for 4.71.)

The 800-i-TRAVEL Cooperative Marketing Program system utilizes a sophisticated telephone switching technology that will route customers' calls to its closest appropriate member travel agency or to the Company's call centers.

travelbyus.com intends to immediately make the 800-i-TRAVEL phone number available to its 1,000-plus travel agency distribution system through International Tours' agencies, which collectively grossed over $3 billion in 1998. As it is rolled out, the Company expects the 800-i-TRAVEL Cooperative Marketing Program phone number to increase the amount of member travel agencies to 5,000.
